Our Nurturing Naturopaths at The Upper Room

We’re delighted to introduce you to the wonderful naturopaths who enrich our lovely downstairs room at The Upper Room, a cherished part of our neighbourhood. Each of them brings their own heartfelt passion and expertise, embracing a holistic approach to health and wellness. Let’s take a moment to learn more about these incredible individuals!

At The Herbadashery, Jo is truly following her heart by pursuing her passion for traditional herbal remedies. This modern-day apothecary is a cozy haven where she meticulously sources and stocks the highest quality liquid and dried herbal medicines. With each patient, Jo crafts personalised formulas that not only address specific health needs but also nurture the soul.

Free Advice: We warmly invite you to join Jo for free health consultations every Tuesday and Thursday. During these sessions, she empowers you to explore how herbal remedies can seamlessly integrate into your daily life, helping you feel more connected to your health and well-being.

Jo's inspiring journey began when she discovered that corporate accounting wasn’t where her heart truly belonged. With a desire to make a meaningful impact, she graduated in 2004 from Nature Care College in Sydney and has since flourished in private practice. Jo has also managed The Jocelyn Centre, a highly respected multi-disciplinary fertility clinic. Her time living in Edinburgh, especially her enchanting visits to Napier’s pharmacy, ignited her passion for creating bespoke herbal medicines that foster wellness and healing in others.

Simone is a passionate advocate for natural menstrual cycles and is dedicated to helping women thrive during perimenopause without the need for medication.
